🚚 Shipping Policy – PureVerve Botanicals

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive an email or text with tracking details once your package ships.

U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. Average delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders — the cost is already included in every product price.

International Shipping
We now ship worldwide! 🌎
International orders ship through USPS First-Class International or GlobalPost Economy International. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs).
A flat $9.99 USD international shipping fee applies to most regions.
Orders over $40 USD ship free worldwide.

Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked Delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service first. PureVerve Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked Delivered, but we’ll always help you investigate.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy – PureVerve Botanicals

Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for safety reasons.

If there’s a problem with your order:
Contact support@purevervebotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund the affected item.

Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet.

International Orders
Due to long transit times, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international shipments unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
